By using Adozan Protein 100, the protein content of the daily diet is enhanced. It is not a usual protein shake, but a tasteless instant powder that is quickly and easily mixed into daily food. It can be dissolved in water, but also in milk, coffee, soup, applesauce and all other foods up to 75 degrees.

Dissolves quickly and does not clump
Adozan Protein 100 can be stirred into cold or hot (up to 75 degrees) food and beverages, and the taste and consistency will not change. The product is quickly soluble and free from lumps, so shaking is not necessary.

When mixing with juices, we recommend dissolving the powder in a little water beforehand, as fruit acids affect the solubility.

Suitable for freezing and heat stable up to 75°C
Adozan Protein 100 is suitable for freezing and it can be used in liquids or dishes up to 75 degrees. For cooked dishes, it is recommended to add Adozan Egg White 100 only after it has cooled to 75°C. Freezing does not harm the food consistency. The product is also suitable for baking.
